I can live for a lot of time as i will use oxygen mask and enter the room and when my oxygen is about to finish i will change it to other tank so its infinite.

Not at all - no air you die. Suffocation takes about 40-60 seconds, brain dead in 4 minutes.

If it doesn't have any air it's a vacuum about 1/10 sec you explode.

Depends if there's other gasses or it's a vacuum, and if you can take a deep breath before entering it.
