Nope,hospitals are required by law to treat you even if you have no insurance or money that is why we pay such high premiums on health insurance here.

Of course not: I had to have more then several surgeries at a teaching hospital, my bills were overwhelming, my spouse was sending as much as we could afford but, was overly anxious because the bills were so high. I called the hospital and the doctors involved to assure them we were doing everything possible to send them what we could.
They looked over our bills and told us to forget them, they had a endowment plan and the bills would be now considered paid in full because of benefactors, this happens.

Besides this, every hospital has a code, they will not turn anyone away due to lack of money, I have never head of it.

No, it is illegal for a hospital to refuse medical attention to someone in an emergency. If it is a minor medical reason, they can ask for money first if you don't have insurance. You can also make arrangements to make payments for this.

quit the opposite, if you have no money, you get the best treatment,it is the people who have some money and a job who can't get medical care.
