when you are talking to someone far from you,do you say i am talking to you FROM,,,,,or i am talking to you IN,,,,?

if you and the person are in different places?

You would say, for example, "I am talking to you from Istanbul." You would use 'in' to describe your immediate surroundings: "I am talking to you in a vast cathedral."

In the context of the sentence that you have asked, it is talk from. From a distance, from such and such place etc.

Talk in confidence, talk in low tones, talk in whispers, talk in riddles...each phrase has a different meaning.
