What happened to their dignity?

Yes, they are people. Prostitution is not a choice it is a need to survive. I have done research on prostitution in many countries especially in Asia and most of these men and women who trade flesh come from very poor families. With a lack of education and money, what would you do to put food in the table?

I wish someday you would have the chance to speak to them as I have so you will know what they go through everyday and be able to establish an ounce of respect for them.

what makes you think that they aren't people? what makes you think that they don't have dignity? why do you look down on prostitutes? in many ancient and modern societies, prostitution was/is a respected profession. Mary Magdalene was a prostitute and is thought to be Christ's lover in some scholarly circles.

Yes, they are people. And people like the US president have a lot LESS dignity than they do.

sure they are! we cannot blame them for being like that. dignity is not an issue if you don't have anything to eat. we just have to respect whatever they wanna do, anyway it's their life...if only we or maybe you can give them better opportunity atleast they don't have to be in that case...

they are people....people with issues. many prostitutes have been raped or molested so their self worth has already gone way down. when a woman is raped or molested either they will be okay and live through the trauma, or they will loose themselves and hate men but at the same time think that they need men to feel loved and accepted....its a weird traumatic mental state.

Yes they are human. They deserve our love too if asked. But they too should try to come out of it. There are better things they can do in life. They just have to try. And if someone ever wants help from us we should help them.

WHEN THE WOMEN ARE TERMED AS PROSTITUTES IT MEANS THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY LOST THEIR DIGNITY AND THEY DONT NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
AS LIVING BEINGS.
