k well i dotn feel like eating anyhting and my mom and dad get made at me and they make me eat.So i make myslef eat food. I use iron pills but im on vacation right now in a different country...(im from america) and im in pakistanand i didnt bring them with me so i dont have any righ tnow. I dont know what to do. I tole my mom that i dont want to eat cuz i dont feel like eating and shes like make ur self eat, and i cant do that..wat should i do? i feel really tired and weak....also im suppose to get my period soon and that makes me even more weak! i dont know wat to do.please help me!!!

well, if you dont want to eat and feel weak, obviously somethings wrong. drink LOTS of water. that will help with the weakness. see a doctor. soon. you dont seem in good shape, and then your not in america. so you may not be used to the climate, which would make it worse. get well.

okay- even Paki has chickens and veggies.

I think you have a mental block and are acting out by refusing to eat. Iron is IN spinach, red meat and other sources as well.
Drink lots of water, add some electrolytes to help with your weakness. Start small with soup and rice.

You can eat the same thing here as at home, just not Mc Donalds. Its not the end of the world. Iron pills are for a diet supplement, so LEARN how to do it without a pill.

Change your MIND, and everything else will follow.
Go take a cooking class. seriously!

Understanding is the first step to acceptance. Take this opportunity to learn about yourself and nutrition.
You may learn to love the culture. Try it all.

Life is short dear, and most times....not as dramatic.
FYI- you can have some one mail you the over the counter supplement with some western feminine hygiene products.

~Sometimes when you run by a different schedule than your body may be used to your stomach is off and doesn't feel like eating. Also, when it gets really hot i don't feel like eating either, and if it's hot in Pakistan than you probably aren't very hungry. Stick to liquid type foods like jello, pudding, and other Indian foods that have juice or liquid in them. Then slowly start to eat bigger and more solid foods like meals. Right now I think you're stomach is just really messed up and wants a break. Be easy on it and it will feel better in a few days.
~For the weak part I'd try to find a daily medication (where you are) that has vitaims containing calcium, Iron, and anything good for your bones. Drink as much milk as you can because that's really good for your bones.
~For your period take Motrin, Aleve, or any type of pain medication like Tylenol that will help you not feel so youcky with your period. hang in there and you'll be fine.

There is definitely something wrong but in the mean time please try to stay as hydrated as you can, and for meals if you can try to eat something like soups to get a bit of nutrition in to you. That way you are getting at least a little something in to your tummy so that you don't get any weaker.

Then as soon as you get home you really need to see your dr to have them evaluate this situation to see what they think is going on.

I know you have said that you told your mom that you can't eat even though they make you and about what she said for this trip, but please tell her how you are really feeling physically when you try if you haven't already.

i had the same thing it is either the stomach virus r something else but i had drank some cold water n laid down 4 awhile i didn't never eat nothing either just like u so i had tried some soupn it made me feel a little better be 4 my period came on.

start drinking water and ask around where-ever you are like if you go to a store and theres a pharmacy just go upto the person and ask them or call a doctor. i dont know
with me im chunkier
so i tend to eat and eat and eat

once i had to rely on something that gave me the munchies, beer can increase the appetite and maybe bee propolis can.
