England Love it or Leave it?

So, political warrior, I guess you'll be off then.

Because you don't love this country, you hate it. You love some strange notion of what this country would be like if you could rid it of all those of black and Asian extraction, irrespective of their place of birth. A country ruled by your fascist friends, where the most basic freedoms are removed.

You love some country that doesn't exist, and a country that the vast majority of us would never want to see.

So, pack your bags and go elsewhere in search of your fascist Utopia.

Hi Enoch:

I'm going a bit beyond the question. Political warrior has previously told us that he was a BNP candidate, and has asked questions in which he wants to make it illegal to build mosques, and tells us he feels that non-whites are taking over. So I feel that from previous correspondence with him, he does not love England as it is, he loves some mythical idea of what he wants England to be. You're right, there was nothing indicating fascism in this particular question (although the call to National Revolution is a little melodramatic).

Don't be daft. Have you ever seen a revolution?

Almost any corrupt or violent government is better than a revolution. Does anyone seriously think that the suffering caused by the revolutions in France, Russia, Iran etc. were less than those caused by the previous régimes?

Revolutions inevitably are violent, bloody, disruptive - and unpredictable. There can be no guarantee that you'll actually get what you made the revolution for. After the initial bloodshed, the French got Bonaparte. They had suffered (and many had died) to buy themselves a worse tyrant and plunge Europe into a 20-year war.

Revolutions? No thanks. Don't revolution them out: vote them out. We still have that right.

I do often actually see where Mr sceptic is coming from, I don't agree with a lot of what he says but it is a free country. However I still can't find any fascism in your question, it is a presumption that you must be. The smear campaign is old and boring, I have never saw the logic in revolutions, whether French, Russian etc.... it's a dog eat dog routine and the one left standing may be the wrong one.

Oh please not just yet...haven't had a nice day for the last three of four weeks, and it may get nice for the weekend, so lets have his revolution in the late autumn at least...what are you revolting about by the way? You live in one of the most prosperous countries in Europe or indeed the world. I personally love it...travel around the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Highlands of Scotland, Cornwall....why would you want to revolt...get out a bit more...there is a lot of the Country to see, and most of it is spectacular. so please, no revolts just yet....

I would expand your question to, 'is the uk government provoking an uprising or an electoral revolt of the people'

Yes they are by the adoption of policies not in Britains best interests. They are deliberately underminining our way of life by their weakness to respond to the issues that concern us all.

An uprising looks increasing possible unless they change from the self destruct course and deal with the problems facing us.

A nationalist party is the answer to quell the current unrest but will the country accept it. I hope there will not be civil unrest but look at the facts.

A national revolution in what?

Don't know about a revolution at least not in the US. The president could drop a bomb here in the states and the people would cheer for him.

Love it! The best place in the world to live after Scandanavia, but we have a better climate than them! (apparently!)

We have our problems, but so does every other country!

What would be the cause? Are there really any issues of government that have been that strongly opposed?
