ok dear. this is quite a simple problem. the key to solving it lies in knowing what operations to perform first. looking at it, i find that we have addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. the rule of precedence states thus:
1. division precedes multiplication which precedes addition which precedes subtraction
the next step is to re-write the original question applying this rule:
(45*96)-10004+(563*(67/2))
you probably know that expressions in parenthesis () must be evaluated first, so we shall follow suit:
(45*96)-10004+(563*(67/2))
= 4320 - 10004+(563*33.5)
= 4320 - 10004 + 18860.5
= 13176.5

use the BODMAS rule
first deal with division as we donot have bracket or of here
therefore
45*96-10004+563*67/2=45*96-10004+563*33.5
then deal with muliplication as M implies multiplication in BODMAS
therefore the previous result becomes
4320-10004+18860.5
now deal with addition as A implies addition
23780.5-10004
now finally deal with subtraction as S implies
and the result is 13176.5 and this is the answer.

I completed this on a calculator and put the whole thing in parentheses (45X96-10004+563x67/2)=13176.5

first do 45 times 96=4320
so its 4320-10004+563x67/2
now do 563 times 67 then divide that answer by 2
so it becomes
4320-10004+18860.5
=-5684+18860.5
=13176.5

I just followed the general rules of what symbols come before the others.
It is 13176.5 like many others have solved aswell lol.
