ummmmmmmmmmm im thinkin about buying a cell phone..i wanted to know like if it has "incoming calls free" does tht mean calls internationally are accepted free? or like when it says "calling after 9pm is free" is it only in the usa or anywhere like outta states...

Depends on your plan.

If you are roaming outside your service area you will usually be charged (through the nose!) for incoming calls, including time AND long distance.

But if you are inside your service area and you get an international call (from outside YOUR country) then it will be free.

If you see an asterisk, (*) that means there are some restraints on that rule. Otherwise, assume that it applies in all situations. You could sue if it doesn't. To be absolutely sure ask your network provider - the people you are going to get the sim card for free. I don't know about the 9pm thing, but rest assured that on general principle, ALL incoming calls are free.

INternational calling is most likely a separate feature.

With Sprint/Nextel, for example, you pay $4 a month and then you pay a per minute, discounted rate to each country you call. (Mexico might be 6 cents a minute, say...) These are not counted as "free night calls" and I doubt that they'd count as "free incoming" calls either.
