Amare has grown accustomed to catching tricky passes from Nash whilst in a good offensive position. I would pick him. He'd be a good finisher to the beginning of a play.

Amare! Even though both are young, Amare is a little more seasoned and more aggressive at attacking the basket. Dwight Howard has not develop his skill set yet and if he cannot dunk then he has no game. Amare does not have a back to basket game but he can face up and knock down a jumper pretty well if you sag off of him defensively to keep him from dunking. There should be no question at this very moment who is the better player. Amare made first team this year. The only thing that bothers me right now about Amare is his defense. If he understood angles and when and when not to foul he could really be a star. Keep learning big fellas, but give me Amare.

I would rather have Dwight Howard. He is younger and just as athletic as Amare. Dwight Howard could probably have stats like Amare but he doesnt have Steve Nash on his team. And Dwight does not have a history of injuries.

Amare, has lots more experience an all-star and way too explosive. Amare so far has shown everybody that hardwork do good especially since he was coming o a carrer treathening injury. Well, Dwight, well see in a couple of years more but for now Amare is my man.

I'd take Dwight Howard, although as a Suns fan it's hard to say that. Howard has a higher ceiling, and he has no real health risks, which Amare does.
In the long term, Howard will probably be the better option.

Dwight is way better than Amare and dwight can actually play defense. Also all amare has to do is catch a pass from nash and dunk

Amare
his game is now much more than just dunking. (like howard) he has a nice mid-range shot and he can also pass. Both are extremely good rebounders, but amare also has a better all around game

Amare. Because right now his offensive move was not just attacking the basket but he can shoot a decent medium range.
Albeit all of Dwight's physical prowess, he's still raw and often choked under double team.

Dwight Howard is much better defensively with blocks and rebounds. Offensively he's raw and prone to turnovers. His potential is maybe higher than Amare.
Amare might be an offensive force and one of the best finishers in the game, but he still doesn't create plays without Nash. His defensive game is poor in regard to all the athleticism he has.
Maybe I'll choose Howard and hope he develops an offensive game.

Dwight Howard is way cooler. He has two first names in his name. He's the best guy on Dallas. He's dominant when he makes shots. Amare is a crybaby. Well....not really but he gets injured and Howard is risk free.
