Unless you knew how it would change your life, you can't know what to change. If I knew what was happening, I would adapt to that change as much as possible. I do agree that all of the days of your life have a possibility and a probability of changing your life somehow.

I'm pretty sure every 30 days till the day I die will be life changing.
Well If i drop my smugness I see what you are trying to get at. The answer is, what could you do besides what you were already doing? Stretched to the limits, ehhh not so much. If it was something really positive or negative all you can do is embrace it.
Now the question you want is:
If you only had 30 days to live how would you prepare? How would this stretch you to your limits?

I would pursue every opportunity that came my way over the 30 days. Whether or not any of them specifically would change my life, by embracing life, I would have changed my life in a positive direction that can sometimes be both eluding and overwhelming.
I think I'll take your implied advice and pursue every opportunity that arises for the next 30 days. I'll try to balance myself so I don't stretch myself tooooooo thin.

One couldn't possibly prepare. If one's limits are to be stretched, that implies that it will involve experiences one has never encountered.
Well, I suppose one would ideally strive to get enough sleep at night, in order to be at one's best in the morning.

I would pray a lot. Without ceasing. I would try to plan my schedule to provide optimum sleep and nutrition.
I would plunge in and get it done.
