how do i get rid of malware alerts?

i can't get rid of them.. its drivin me crazy i do everything everybody told me too nothing works!!! i need serious help!! im only 17 i dont understand that much of computers please something that works plz plz plz!!! help me plz plz plz thanx

ONE Anti-virus (delete ALL others, I use AVG free),

TIP: The apps above can only clean up so much.

As a last resort, back up all personal data from your PC (copy to CD / DVD / external hard drive) and do a Windows "Clean Install" (for instructions go to: (www.theeldergeek.com).

Note: You must use your Recovery disks, if included with your PC, to avoid driver problems, not a store-bought XP. The Recovery disks may be ON the hard drive, so Read The Friendly Manual FIRST.
