What type of tortoise is this?

Do I need to change the shallow water in its tank daily? How should I care for a tortoise? I read that I have to soak it in water and give it green vege. Other tortoise care tips?

The video is pretty rough, but that looks like a baby Red-ear Slider- a water turtle.
PLEASE read up on its care ASAP- IT IS NOT A TORTOISE! It needs a big tank to swim in, and a different diet than a tortoise gets!

Tortoises don't live in water. I agree, that looked more like a turtle than a tort. If you want to learn more about tortoises...here's a link for you =)
