Yes..it's called city wide tag.
I tried starting a new game called take the car. You take a car and drive it and then park it and someone else can then use it if they need to. Quite communal and neighborly I thought. The first time I tried it I took a black and white car with nice red light on top. There were these two overweight dudes in blue uniforms sitting in the back. One was eating a donut and the other was snoring and smelled like whiskey. I never did get to drive it away.

Once, at a crowded bus stop. It was great, because the guy who I tapped didn't know who did it, so he went around smacking everybody else at the bus stop, and they just pummeled him. What a day!

yes, but he yelled that he wasn't playing. I love strangers that have a sense of humor. But I bet he tagged the next person he saw. lol. I didn't stick around to get taggedback.

I'd only think a person would do that if he was daring, gutsy, up for mischief and feeling a bit childish, and maybe ready for trouble. ;) Were you asking this because it crossed your mind at some point recently?
