The throttle limiter screw is located on the throttle housing, usually pointing forward. Typically the screw is a long phillips screw with a 10mm locknut. If you remove the screw, be sure to find a short screw to fill the hole to keep dirt and gunk out.

The screw on the side of the carb is the idle adjust. Do not adjust. Please
