Well it applies to some people.
Appearance wise, for example, I had a friend back in high school...and he wore things people would consider "wild" and he was a pretty wild person. Or SOME girls who wear clothes that cover every part of her body are probably shy girls. But then, there are people who wear "wild" clothes but not at all wild, or un relieving clothes...but not shy.
As for smiles and expression... someone that smiles a lot is probably a cheery kind of person.

No because predators can put on the most friendliest face for little kids. I don't trust anyone smiling or frowning.

Not really. I've met people who look like they'd be total sweethearts, but they were actually terrible people.

i try not to prejudge anyone on first glance...i like a person first off by their smile and how they interact with other people...

yes, sometimes, you can tell mine if you look at me, but i try to look very interesting.. i am anyways. so its not that hard.

no, because there are "unattractive" people who can be nice, or grumpy. and there are "beautiful" people who can be really nice or a pain.
