October 20. And yes, it symbolizes getting older (as many others here have said) but, think about it, people, there's only 2 things that can happen: getting older or death. I'll take getting older ANY day. So I think of it as getting older and as a celebration of life. :)

My birthday is on March 31st, and next year I will turn 18, which is cool because I will be able to vote. So that is something that I will be looking forward to do.
As for a gift, I would be glad to receive anything from anyone. Just having someone think of me is a gift within itself.

April 23rd. I like having birthdays, it means that I am still alive. As far as a gift, just the usual "Happy Birthday" E-Mail is all I really need.

16 October. Yes i am. But i always end up being disappointed i have high expectations from people. I hate it when someone goes : "Oh! It's your birthday?" That just annoys me. I don't expect any gifts from anyone except my parents. I don't celebrate my birthday.

A cool thing and something to thank God about because it is another year of life gifted. My b-day is in December 29th and I'll be 19 this year. As a gift... hmm.... nothing material, really! just some unexpected calls and visit would make me happier.

birthdays don't mean much to me, its just like any other day, my friends are the ones who make something out of it though...my next birthday is August 11 and i'll be 18...not taking the time thinking of it
