It's a moot point. I feel your pain. But the fact is, the American Government makes much more money by keeping marijuana illegal.
You should aim for decriminalization, which is more of a win-win. Make noise in the media. Help your State Representative and your Congressperson win, i.e. put up posters, hand out stickers, make donations, etc. Get noticed. That way you can call in favors.

not sure, but let me know, I'll help! i have M.S. and can attest that it helps me make it through the day. Doesn't make me sick like those other medications, better pain reliever than those nasty vicodin.
