Wear "yellow" when everyone else wears "blue".
Basically, don't follow the follower.
Be yourself and follow your own rules.
To stand out you must never stand in.
Be unique, be you and be different.
Never become what 'others' want you to be. =0)

Sometimes when i go out I wear a tiara! Or, it's winter here, so I like to wear super bright colors... I went out the other night and all the other girls were in black, grey, brown etc... but I was wearing BRIGHT yellow. I got lots of compliments that night! Personality wise, I smile pretty much all the time, even when I don't mean to. And I always use my manners, something that's a bit rare these days.

By getting my work done, and doing a good job of it while everybody else is screwing off. I make sure the things I am responsible for are done well, so they DON'T catch anybodys attention. Soon people begin to notice that they arent correcting me, or having complaints about my work.

well I live in a country where 95% of the population is brown haired brown eyed, and varying shades of tan to dark...I have flaming red hair, pale skin and very blue eyes....I stand out from a mile....not always a good thing

I have 20 peircings in my ears and also a eye brow and labret peircing, it makes me kind of get second looks. But I don't have them to stand out. My sparkling wit and lovely personality does that :)

it's a good question. i get involved in things that most people don't even think about, such as i'm vice president of our school's environmental club, i'm part of the yearbook staff, i write articles for the teen section in our newspaper, and i volunteer.
