California and Oregon are definately the best places for you. There are never hurricanes and tornadoes only verrry rarely occur. However, many places in California have a bit of a high rime rate, and some places in Oregon have to deal with blizzards.

Keep dreaming!

Ontario/Quebec, Canada have no hurricanes, a tornado every now and then but have blizzards.

New York, Newyork has no tornadoes, rarely a hurricane but also has MAJOR snowstorms.

Arizonna has no/barely any tornadoes, maybe a hurricane, but no snow.

So take your pick, there is no place like you described but I think those three places are the closest to what you asked for.

East Tennessee has few tornados, no hurricanes, and low chance of blizzards. Sometimes snow.

Far South Texas rarely gets tornadoes. very very very rarely. And when we do get them, they typically hit a pasture or corn field out in the middle of no where away from town. And surprisingly, hurricanes are fairly rare here too...at least compared to other parts of the Gulf Coast. Last one that hit here (Corpus Christi area) was in '99, and it was nothing.

You can come live here in Sunny San Diego (located in California). . .there are no tornadoes or hurricanes but we do have small cases of earthquakes. . .you don't need to worry about being cold because it's warm year-round

Nevada is like that also. Vegas is hot, but northern Nevada is cooler. There are less earthquakes than California.
