But all nations are civilized. It is a matter of perception. A great majority when think about Nagasaki, Hiroshima,Vietnam, Iraq, Guantamo Bay feel the USA is uncivilized; are they right?

Morales and Religion. If I don't think any thing bad will happen. Why not kill and steal. But a deeper answer is that while the church is here. Gods influence is affecting everything. As we move closer to the end of the Church age. Things get worse. When the church leaves. All hell will break loose.

A good constitution laws personal involvement and the ability to execute it oh and a good economy . The government is only as good as the people it governs and the one that govern as well ofcourse. Also if not for education in some shape way or form we would be practicing out our instinctual
desires much as the animals we once were.
