I live in Texas and I want out of my moms house. Is there anyway I could get emancipated or live with my friend or something?

How do I get emancipated though?

You would have to prove to the judge two things:

1. you have the financial means to support yourself - to prove this you can show proof of employment or income
2. you would be better off being emancipated - to prove this you usually need to demonstrate parental abuse or something along those lines

I don't know about Texas, but in California the vast majority of emancipation petitions are denied. If you're having problems with your mom, I'd suggest you get a counselor to intervene and sort out the situation.

Get an attorney. You'll need one. Be sure that you have a job that pays enough to cover ALL of your living expenses on your own. (Flipping burgers at Mickey D's probably won't cut it, you'll need something better than minimum wage.) Be ready to articulate to the judge in clear language that despite your age you are capable of supporting yourself and why would be better off if you were no longer under the care of your parents. And be able to explain how you will do all of this AND continue your education at least through high school graduation; if your plan is to drop out and get a job, you won't be emancipated.

How do you get emancipated? Please go back and re-read the first sentence. If you can't afford an attorney, it's NOT going to happen. The fact that you have to re-ask an answered question doesn't speak well for your chances.

you have to prove not only that living conditions with your mother are deplorable, but also that you can support yourself. otherwise the state would probably place you in a foster home. emancipation is not so you can chill with your friends. it's for kids that are seriously gett'n screwed by their parents in some way. if you think you qualify you'll have to get a lawyer. your legal rep will know all the right steps. just remeber that cost more money.
