i mean damn, i have heard him free style TOO many times, for him to be having ghost writters, plus, all this ish, wit Gillie Da Kid, ummm, i have heard Gillie Da Kid, King of Philly, or whatever else you want to call him, and trust, he just aint all that, his lyrics are no where near as Lil Wayne's, so i honestly dont think he was ghost writting for Wayne... i mean, hell, he may have been ghost writtin for sum1 but i highly doubt it was for Weezy... I mean, take a listen to weezy, how could he NOT be considered the best rapper alive... he can rap over ANYONES beat, and it sound WAY better than what they did....

lil wayne is one of the best rappers out there when it comes from a lyrical standpoint but he has had ghostwriters and that perplexes me kuz he's so good... so... idk why he would need it. maybe he lazy! lol *KP*

Ghostwritting or not, Lil' Wayne couldn't spit anything worth a listen. Real entertainers would agree, that Lil' Wayne has some of the worse lyrics, he has nice metaphores. But you never know, he may ghostwrite. It might not be that guy who you said "Gillie Da Kid" but it may be someone. You're not exacly Wayne, you don't know! Plus some rappers do a thing called "Putting someone over" ... Gillie coulda ghosted for him, and lowerd his own talent to put Wayne over in they tracks, making him shine.
Forreal, Wayne is the most usless rapper we have. He's too overrated. I can name all kinds of terrible rappers, but I'd have to say the only one who's really too overrated (besides Jeezy) would have to be him. These guys are so annoying, I swear to GoD the only thing they have is Swag, and that's 'cos they're rich motherfuckers who always got anything they've ever wanted.

he might have had gillie write his mainstream carter albums, but definietly not his mixtapes lol.. and his mixtapes show his true style and that he can wreck any beat he wants to. EVEN TUPAC'S. he got too many unheard albums off deidcation and drought and i can't feel my face.
bottom line, weezy doesn't make alot of singles in mainstream, he is featured A LOT cuz people know he can rap. his stuff is MOSTLY in mixtapes.
he can take over the radio if he wanted lol

yes... its like im surrounded by people that love lil wayne for absolutely no reason.. there are tons of people, signed to record label or not, that are better than him.. what about nas, lupe, common, and tons of others? they rap 34356 million times better than wayne, and yet this kid is the best rapper alive.. i think that his music is just garbage... he raps at the same level as the guy from swayze.. and that guy cant rap at all...

Lil wayne is the best rapper alive because he is the most hated rapper alive! You either love him or hate him, and if you hate him, you hate music because he raps in every style so ur bound to find songs by him that you like... and as for ghostriders, he used to write lyrics for others, he was rich before he was famous.
