I saved a little boy about 4 years old in a pool apartment when I went swimming with a friend. His Guardian didn't notice the entire time. We were just about to jump in again, when something told me to look up. That's when I seen him drowning. He had drifted all the way to the 5ft from his floatie in the 3ft, and it was a 9ft pool. I dove in and grabbed him, I was afraid he was dieing because he wasn't moving much. She didn't even thank me for saving her son. I seen him the other day and he was playing with his friends running through the hallways. So now it just feels good to know that I kept him alive. So now I always try to look up before I jump in a pool. You never know when God's trying to tell you something.

But I'm too thin to donate blood or anything since I'm under 100lbs at 16. So I give to charity and help anyone I can. Even when it comes to talking them out of suicide.

Personally I give blood.....if you mean how do "I" save a life...and if you mean how you or others can save a life..... I'd say by caring more about others than of yourself and take action when needed.

I save lives by.. not dieing as much, I mean you only get 3 in a video game (referring to arcade games in general) so I might as well not die. Plus I eat pop instead of water (this is just some random comment to add to the stupidity of the question and the answer).

"You" don't. It saves itself. If your presence and actions are incentive enough, that in itself speaks volumes. But the life preserves itself.
