It is correctly spelled as two words: sun glasses.

I have one pair of sunglasses
He has two pairs of sunglasses
They have 10 pairs of sunglasses.
The word sunglasses is always in the plural form since we have two eyes, one sun glass for each eye.Hence: Where did I put my sunglasses?
