Mr. Cheney has a hearing impairment and his mouth gravitates toward the side with the stronger ear (unintentionally) I had this same issue for the first 42 yrs of my life, i was totally deaf in my right ear from blunt trauma to the base of my scull in 3 places when i was under 3 months old. These injuries damaged the "hammer & anvil" bones in my ears, the ones in the right ear totally fused together, the ones in the left are surrounded by too much fluid and work on and off spasmodically. In Nov of 2006 Economy Hearing Center on South Sheridan in Tulsa, Oklahoma (Jeff is the only audiologist I will ever use) He was able to fit me with an incredibly wonderful pair of high-tech digital hearing-aids made by Semiens. Now I hear evenly in both ears and talk straight ahead. Perhaps Mr. Cheney needs to call Jeff, or contact me and I can hook them up.
