And Also i have this little red triangle in the bottom right hand side of my desktop with a ! in it, it keeps blinking also.

If this message is from your legitimate antivirus application do NOT shut it down. Back up your good files and reinstall your OS. Do NOT back up anything you got from a P2P like limewire, bearshare, ares or frost. That's probably how you got the trojan in the first place.
It is possible that it may be a false positive by a antispyware company trying to sell you antispayware.

Get a tech unless you know what spyware is and how to remove it HANDILY
