You've been watching too much CNN (Communist News Network).
They actually DID find weapons of mass destruction, though I'm not gonna dig it up for you. One particular case involved 21 jet aircraft with long range missile capabilities. I doubt you shoot .22 caliber ammo out of those puppies.
And no, they did not belong to the Iraqi Army.
Another thing that is commonly forgotten is that the terrorist organizations are not countries. They have no boundaries to consider and have no identifying factors. They can blend in anywhere and move all over the middle east. We went in for the WMD, but are staying because we need a base from which to attack terrorism. We can't leave until we have destroyed the terrorist regimes or established an Iraqi government that can do it themselves.

Going to Iraq the first time was the right thing to do. Leaving Saddam in power then was our first mistake. We were lied to by Bush and his cronies to get support for his agenda, this is why he was in so much of a hurry to invade. He wanted in before the real evidence came out that Iraq had nothing to do with 911. I laugh at those who think we will end terrorism, that's like trying to get rid of all the Muslim people in the world.
We have taken a bad situation and made it worse ten fold. Bush's Little invasion has bred more hatred and created a new generation of people who will make it their lives work to kill Americans. We are stuck plan and simple. Putting more troops in simply means more targets for them, pulling out now will make the insurgents even stronger.
George Bush has done more damage to our country than any single human being in history. We wont be pulling out of Iraq anytime soon. I just hope that Bush feels the pain that the family members of our lost troops feel.

I know a lot of people out there think we should leave Iraq. But, there is more to the story than just oil like most people want to believe.Even if it was just oil,(and it's more than Iraq oil, it's the whole stability of the region) think about how our economy and life style would be changed.I know it sounds "sick" but how many of us are willing to change? This has larger implications than just oil now and terrorism is just the tip of the iceberg.I can't explain everything here but study the history of the region and pay attention to the players and politics of the area. Every word, every action, every event should be paid close attention too. Don't be side tracked by the oil or terrorism.

Seriously you have done no research, you're some " i know about politics wannabe" The reason why we are in Iraq
is highly debated on and thousands of politicians have argued and argued over the same thing.
9/11 isn't the only reason we are there.
p.s I agree about getting out of Iraq it's taking too long.

but the fact is we did not leave Iraq alone.
And now it is our business. As a result we have a responsibility to make the country at the very least internally stable before we get the hell out.

They shouldn't have been there in the first place - oil in America hasn't exactly dropped in price because of it.
Being already there though, they should stay until the country is "stablised" enough. Otherwise pulling out would automatically descend the country into further chaos.

well yes, but we DIDN'T leave them alone and made a mess. So we need to at least try to make it stable enough that those people have a chance to stabilize things.
