Even though you have a list there, I would suggest you go to work and forget about the calling in. You will need that sick day some another time, so save the sicknesses for reality.

they'd want a doctors note with those, just tell them to eff off. or tell them that you woke up at 3 am with a hard sweat and started throwing up and shitting yourself while you were bent over the toilet puking. Say you think you're ok to work, but only if you can lay down when you feel sweaty and yeah, it'll totally work, the visual alone is wonderful.

Tell them you have Leaping Hives, anyone within 20' is at risk. Scratch your phone when you call in. Or tell them you're still drunk from the night before. That works great - once.

no no no no u got it all wrong man just use the simple stomach flu or 24 hour bug it is simpe and effective i do it all the time member not to overdo it on the sniffling sneezing or coughing.

polio is vaccinable...
