The trip is about 56 km long and takes about 43 minutes. The majority of the trip would be on the Western Motorway from Strathfield to Orchard Hills.

It depends entirely on the time of day. Start at 5.30pm and it could take you an hour to get to Strathfield. Outside the rush hour, I would allow an hour for the trip.
It is much easier to take the train.
