For a windows PC you must press a hey while it is booting. This key is usually F2, though F6 or F8 having this functionality as well is possible. If it doesn't say press to setup at some poin in your boot process, it means your computer has been configured not to wait, so just hold down f2 as soon as your computer restarts until the menu pops up.

Before Windows loads you Press a key (Mine is Delete)
Type the motherboard / computer model in google to find out what key it is.

Just hit the Delete key when your starting up your computer, on some computers its also the F2 key

before your pc loades up the windows xp boot screen, you press the delete button. the bios screen should appear. it could be other buttons if you bought it from a computer manufacturer.
