I think you worded your question in a way that will get a few rude remarks...but I think I understand where you're comming from. What woman wants to be with a man when she is never given affection she craves...am I right? Women are wired differently from men, we need emotional satisfaction as well as physical....for men sex provides both for women we need a bit of romancing. The only way to make a man understand that is to tell him. If you tell him and he doesn't do it then I would show him, if he still refuses to "help get you in the mood" I'd find a new lover if you're not married. Men who show affection to a woman and romance her have much better sex partners.

Sex has nothing to do with deserving it or not. If you love someone very deeply and if you are ready for a relationship, sex comes naturally for both man and woman. Having a romantic/sexual relationship with someone you love deeply is the most beautiful thing on earth. At least to me. You should never feel obligated to have sex with anyone. It is sad that nowadays young folks just have sex because of the heck of it.

There is frustration coming from both sides of this issue. Sex should be a regular part of marriage to express and share love for one another, and it should never be to reward behavior. So a man should never think he deserves it, and a woman should never think that he hasn't earned it.

I am sorry that you have had this experience. My husband approaches me in the same two ways. Playfully with tickling or just cuddling and both work for me.

What I suggest to you is when you are out of the bedroom try and talk to him. If you can't talk about it I think that a letter could possibly do the trick.

Good luck!!!!

I get frustrated about that sometimes and when I talk to him about it he says sometimes he likes to be put in the mood... so I put him in the mood, I suppose they feel the same way sometimes.

It sucks, but I have had even good men tell me, that not all, but most men are selfish lovers, and that is just how they are wired.

I think men like that are selfish.
