Mass can be measured by weighing. Force of weight=mass X gravity, so mass =force of weight divided by gravity. The object should be weighed in Newtons, then divide by 9.8 m/sec2 to arrive at mass in kgs.

Measure of volume depends on the shape of object. Look up volume formulas for different solids in a geometry book. Volumes of irregular objects can be found by liquid displacement (submerge the object in a calibrated liquid container, and observe the volume of the liquid displaced).

Depends on what data and units you have for measurement.

If nothing is known, you will need to weigh it for mass and measure it for volume.

If you know mass and density, volume is mass/density
If you know volume and density, mass is volume times density.
