Where I'm at tonight, it's the Middle of the Night (right now) and there are people outside my room being EXTREMELY LOUD. Are people really that inconsiderate? Oh well, at least they're dumb enough to leave their wireless internet unsucured so I can be on Y!A....Ugh. What is the world coming to when you can't sleep because of obnoxious jerks?

Sadly, most people are selfish, inconsiderate and self-absorbed. The last thing to ever cross their mind would be someone else's right to peace and quiet. The only way to curb these tendencies to be jerks is to have them ticketed for disturbing the peace. You have the right to do it.
So what is stopping you. No police department will ever identify you as the person who called, if you ask them to keep the call anonymous.

Why would you go on an unsecured Internet connect, and put in your password? It's called unsecured for a reason...I'll get back on the subject.
It's the fourth of July, and of course people will be up partying. That's what happens when you're in a large social scene. There will be a lot of noise, and not much sleep.
