Do any of the othe variations of the song include

Or is that part original to Bob Marley's version only?

wow, that's a lot of searching you're asking us to do!

here's the link for the Bob Marley lyrics:
http://www.lyricszoo.com/bob-marley/go-tell-it-on-the-mountain/

you can google the others and check their lyrics by googling:

lyrics Bob Marley Go Tell It on the Mountain

(or the other artist names)

I would imagine those lyrics are probably originally Marley's

They are definitely not in the classic hymn

Good luck!
