Today I went to the English Bay beach and I saw a LOT of people.
At what time is there small amount of people there?

When it's raining. Seriously, we had a month straight of rain since the last sunny day, everybody jumps on the first chance of decent weather. If the weather holds out for a couple of decent weeks of real summer weather, it might die down a bit.

English Bay beach is always loaded with tourists - its unbearable the days of the Festival of Light.
Wreck Beach is the place to be, or Kitsilano or Jericho beaches if you arent as adventurous. Those are not so tourist-soaked.

Early Morning and it slows down around 8 at night. Use to live right on Pendrall right behind Checkers. Have a good friend working at a local Motel if you need more info!
