EWWWW! Is your grandmother senile or demented? I mean this seriously, because if she is, she may not be responsible, just very, very, very mentally ill. However, no matter why she is doing such behaviors, all children should be protected from this.
Whether you are male or female, if she is in control of her actions, then what happened is sexual abuse.
In either case, I would discuss it with an adult in the family who will believe and support you in setting limits. This behavior is very creepy. Is there a history of sexual abuse in the family? Offenders have multiple and numerous victims, and if the behavior is deliberate, then there is a chance your parent may have been molested by your grandmother.
If your grandmother is old and senile, then I wouldn't make too much of it, though I would report it to a trusted adult. In the future, whether your grandmother is incapable or is an abuser, I think I would stick to hugs only in the future.

I would scream. Then I would skull 2 litres of Pepsi, then 2 Litres of water, then 2 Litres of Diet Coke, then 1000 Litres of mouthwash, followed by a good hour of cleaning my teeth, tongue, cheeks and gums.

She has dementia, she thought you was a man. Probably went back to when she was a teenager. Hug her and forget about it. She was not responsible for what she did. And by the way, this is not a smart a-- answer. My great grand mother has it and they do all kinds of strange things.

Ugh...this question made me remember something similar that happened to me.
I was at a family reunion when I was about 16 or 17 and when we went to leave, I gave my grandfather a hug and a kiss goodbye...well, he had had a bit too much to drink and decided not to let me go and kinda felt me up, too.
GROSS!
