I am confused about something, suppose my website approved by Google adsense. After that while running my program i need to expand it, so i can I make more development afterwards?
Can somebody give me some ideas on these facts?

You can add to your site or vary it's content, do anything that you like providing you do not violate Google's policies i.e. no pornography, drugs, alcohol etc. Otherwise you may do whatever you wish to your site.
You can even start new websites on different topics and use your original Adsense publisher ID to put ads on those sites.

Google doesn't evalute your website, you have complete control over the content, redesigns, whatever. You can even create brand new sites and place adsense ads on those sites too.

Just be sure that any and all sites comply with their policies at all times.

you can always make changes but dont violate the rules of google.
