I'd wonder what the hell their parents were thinking letting them out of the house like that and advertising to all the pedos out there.

Depends on what else the shirt looked like. How low cut it was. Might just be a shirt with a teddy bear on it lol

First off I don't see little girls that age as hot but my daughter wouldnt DARE be allowed to wear such type of t-shirt...giving the wrong signals to the wrong people...the things my niece tells me that she endures when she goes to the mall w/ her friends...

I would wonder what kind of parents raise them.
My parents wouldn't allow me to wear clothes like that outside.
That's like asking people out there to molest/rape them.
