The top of the head answer would be 365*24*60*60=315,360,000 seconds. However that would neglect leap year (an extra 24*60*60=86,400 seconds) and the leap seconds that are added. The slowing of the earth's rotation causes the atomic clock to fall behind about 0.6 seconds per year. A leap second is added when the difference becomes 0.9 seconds so that will happen about every 1.5+ years.

Joshua has it right by the calendar definition. That said, the time for the earth to complete one full revolution of its orbit (a "sidereal year") is actually closer to 365.25 days-- by this standard, a year actually lasts 31,557,600 seconds.
