no way no how I do agree that Rice would be a great prez though! I don't think hillary has the convictions and stregenth that would make a good prez. She flip flops to much from one thing to another she doesn't support homeschools and wants them to be illegal wants all kids in a public system which is failing in this state at the least and wants a communistic health care system which by the way would be modeled after Britans which is failing the only health care system like that that is doing well is Germany's and it isn't that great either.

for one, she has the most experience, being the first lady and also a senator. She has met with world leaders and has a good rapoire with those leaders. Does any other candidate have that? Beyond that, she is very careful about her words and has a proven history of doing what she says... very rare for a politician.. The question is,, why would you not vote for her? Many people have a dislike for Mrs. Clinton (i used to when I first saw her) for no real valid reason... she comes across as a "strong" woman and people are not used to that. Listen to her and listen to the other's... WOW, what a refreshing and promising President she WILL be.

She's has a law degree & is a senator. She was raised
by a family of lawyers & has had 8 years experience
in the White House.
She gave an interview to Cynthia McFadden on
NightLine & was impressive, caring & articulate.
I haven't made up my mind about the candidates,
but was answering as to why.

I don't, because she has no conviction whatsoever, except that she'll say whatever it takes at the time to gain support. Just once I would like to hear her give an honest explanation of her Iraq War support.
I don't see Presidential elections as party vs. party. I will vote for whatever candidate I think will do the best job, and I don't think that's going to be a democrat this time around.

Rice as president OMG please no just look at her record as Sec. Of State or lack of. That is all we need another Bush Lap Dog in Office. and as far as Hilary Please God don't let that happen I am all for a woman being president as long as that person can do the job.

I spoke briefly with Hillary this afternoon (July 4th) in Waterloo, Iowa -- as well as with Bill. I was very impressed with her sincerity and her obvious capabilities. And as she said in her speech today -- a close paraphrasing -- "I'm not running for president because I'm a woman. I'm running for president because I'm the best person for the job."
She already had my vote -- including in the Iowa Caucuses -- before I was fortunate enough to meet her. And she still has it -- all the way!

No I don't think she would be. She sometimes goes back on what she believes if anyone has noticed. She just doesn't seem like a good candidate to me.

I don't like the way things are looking with her... she has already lied in her campaign. She claimed to never use any racist remarks however it is common knowledge that she called someone a "f**cking Jew Bastard"
