Looks to me like you already have found a good way to kill time in the workplace, since you're on here wasting your employer's time and money on Yahoo! Answers!

Make friends with all the persons of your category.Find out how they are whiling away their time. Try to know the organisation better. Start undertanding what exactly is wrong with the organisation? Write a book on how to improve your organisation.Increase your job knowledge.Get help from the internet.You can use your time for your own self developement. Fix up your long time goal. Awake,arise stop not till the goal is reached.
