how do you find out about a will filed in hamilton county, Indiana?

First of all, before you can find out anything about a will, I am sure that you have to be a family member of the deceased person. then I would start with calling the county courthouse in the area and ask them to direct you to where you need to go as well as ask for a point of contact in that area so that you arent stumbling blind. The Hamilton County Probate Court has a web site with the information you need. That court is located on 9th Street in Cincinnatti.
