Uh..Kurt was sorta mumbley-ish. But he kinda did scream in SLTS. Other than that, no.

i always thought he kind of mumbled ( like the "Weird" Al cover "Smells like Nirvana" had the part "...with all these marbles in my mouth..." :p) and was a little whiny at times. I guess you might be able to consider the "A denial!" part of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" kind of screamish. But no, Nirvana wasn't a "screamer" band ,though. That was more other Grunge bands, like Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains.
