stomp on the floor and make as much noise as possible. play music late at night in the room where they sleep. turn as psycho as they are below you

I had this problem before when I lived in an apartment (I now have a house). I'd go downstairs and scream and threaten them...or call the police.

i would go hiden and throw a rock in his window. And go again totally surprised and tell him "caashhh loud music your head will go of, next time", just kidding. My brother stop to play loud music when our neighbor ask him kindly... gl ;)

What would YOU do if you lived above a Pentecostal church who, although they were in a 10' X 10' room, had to use a microphone and a whole band? That really sucked...

I would complain to the apartment manager or if you knew them well enough, ask them to not do that. if neither work, you can be annoying by stomping across the floor and such when you know they are sleeping.
