You had a college professor tap you on the shoulder and as you turned around kiss you on the lips infront of everyone (and the professor is the same sex as you?)
This happened to me one night at the bar... all my friends saw and so did my GF.... I just froze and said in a pissed off way, "don't ever do that again".

Report it. This is totally offbase. He needs to be made aware to the 'powers that be". He should not be teaching....especially on the college level.
