Taking a long hot bubble bath, reading a good book, and listening to some of my favorite soft pop/rock hits especially by Air supply. Their mellow, lush harmonies have a calming effect. Also, reading scripture and journaling helps me. Sometimes viewing a favorite romantic comedy also seems to do the trick or calling up my best friend on the phone and gabbing for hours.

I agree music, but I also like to: Run, swim, excercise in general, also of late: Boxing or hitting a boxing bag helps!
Good LUCK!
