right now i got all this anger in me from stress! how do i deal with it before i explode?!


ps. i know its normal to get a headache when angry, but is it normal to get dizzy when really angry or stressed..?

We all move in the direction of our most dominant thoughts !!
WHAT are thinking about?,..... WHY are you stressed?,..no money, no food, nowhere to sleep at night, no friends, no employment . Do you have a severe health problem, are you blind, have only one arm or leg...meaning you could be angry because you cant floss your teeth, or tie your shoe laces.! There are cemetries the world over, cramped with deceased people who,if they could still THINK, would be delighted to be in your shoes, still alive and ABLE to enjoy life .!! I use that analogy because my Father at 81,.. 2 weeks before he died, said to me, jovially,"I WISH I was 20 again because I THINK I would do things so different". He was ANGRY because of "missed" opportunities in life, because of the way he THOUGHTor more to the point didn't THINK positively. Accept the opportunities before you NOW, take an interest in humour !... Learn to laugh, understand there are only 2 ways you can act in life... POSITIVE or negative and note:... positive came FIRST! and so can you if you become POSITIVE!... PS. If you dont understand what I have written here, Please dont be Angry with me ..much prefer you LAUGH at me ... good luck !!

You can't get rid of anger. When you start to feel that way, I just cuss under my breath, you know, the big words. Then just get back to what I was doing. Helps in school when your frustrated

Accept the fact the world does not revolve around you or even care much that you exsist. That is a sad fact but true and the sooner you realize this the sooner your anger will subside.

No you need to talk to someone like a doctor about your stress. Go to a therapist
Start exercising like taking walks
go to movies
yoga
do stuff to get it off your mind.
I hope you get over this soon.

fastest way to release it is any kind of physical exercise. best way to deal with it is to realize it is caused by what you think about situations. change how you think about it by asking yourself does it really matter? usually it doesn't

Go for a walk. It releases something in you and makes you feel better.

You should go punch someone....it will relieve a lot of stress.

Break stuff and have a stiff drink!! It works for me.
