Nope women cannot get pregnant from not having sex. Which is a good thing, so if you do not want a house full of children to feed do not have sex because you can not get pregnant from not having sex. You asked do women get pregnant from not having sex and the answer is if they do not have sex, then it is not possible for them to have sex right, right? Geeze LOL Oh my! Twisted question. ah once again the trick question... YES a woman can get pregnant without sex----it's called either INVITRO FERTALIZATION or ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION---in invitro fertalization, eggs are taken from the woman, added to the sperm from a man in a Lab "dish" and then re-inserted into the woman via a needle.... Artificial insemination as it was done on ME in 1977 was ----a sperm donor (I was lucky and MY sperm donor was in the very next room at the clinic)---gives up his sperm in a cup, that cup is usually frozen until it is used for donation. Like I said, I got lucky and I got fresh warm sperm within seconds after the donation. Ok---the sperm is injected into the woman through the cervix via something very similar to a rubber turkey baster. this procedure is less evasive then the Invitro fertalization procedure..... my son by the way who was conceived by artificial insemination is now 29 years old.

You can inject sperm inside a woman and she can become pregnant... (doctors do this for a pretty penny.)
