I would Bow on my knees, and Praise Him. Then I Would place the Crown he gave me at His Feet and "thank Him" For Dying for me. I think maybe I would want to Kiss His Scarred Hands, and Side also. It will be wonderful seeing Him Face To Face. I Have waited Such a LONG Time...........

I would thank Him for all the blessing He bestowed upon me while I was on this earth. I would thank Him for all the trials and tribulations He set before me to make me a better person.
I would ask to see all the loved ones that have gone on before me.

Besides, God doesn't leave little notes. He leaves heavy stones carved with Commandments.
Your's would say:
Thou shalt not dive off the deep end before checking the side of pool for depth.
