When a Dixie Chicks CD exploded right in front of me....I was just sitting on the floor going through a pile of clothes and it just popped. Little pieces of plastic fell on me...it was the weirdest thing. It was weird because my Grandma had passed away just 3 weeks before.

My Mothers Aunt lived with us when I was a kid. When I was about 17-18 she passed away in her room.
For several months afterward when ever we walked up the stairs and turned the corner to where her room was she would be standing there. Staring at us and moving her mouth. Then in an instant she was gone.
This was only when we were alone, but we all had the same experience at lease 3 - 4 times. It happened less and less and then just stopped.
I don't know if that was a ghost, grief, guilt or a self delusion we all shared. But every hair on my body used to stand straight up and I was F-ing freezing cold when it happened.

The scariest and spookiest thing that happened to me is when I actually saw my dead grandfather. He wasn't facing me but rather he was facing the bathroom door (I was urinating at that time..shows he has good manners not to peek) Anyway, it scared the hell out of me and I ran out of the bathroom while still peeing.(believe me this is a true story). Jumped in my bed and covered myself entirely with a blanket.

The next morning I asked my mom if my grandfather wore a grey suit and a hat during his wake and my mom said he did, the hat was placed inside his coffin. She was surprised I knew since I wasn't born yet when my grandfather died so I told her what happened the night before.

For me, it was the scariest thing that ever happened to me in my entire life and come to think of it, it was also one of the funniest moments in my life with the peeing and all.

One time I was home alone when I stepped right in front of my basement door when it swung open by itself. No one was there but me. I freaked out and to keep my mind off I went to sleep. When I woke up I was scared to go in front of the door. Till this day I still run when I go past it. I always get chills. I refuse to step foot down their again. Even if it is a tornado. I will go to a shelter or something.

O a dream too. Well, once i had a dream that i fell off a rollercoaster, the ride X at Six Flags to be exact, and then i woke up screaming. it was freaky.

I was spending the night at my cuz's house and I was dreaming about someone standing over me, I was half awake and I swear that, it felt SO real, someone patted my foot. I woke up screaming. It was the freakiest thing ever and I didn't sleep the rest of the night.

I was home alone, lying in bed and not in a deep sleep when I suddenly sensed that someone was standing next to my bed. Then I felt someone place their hand on my right forearm. I was so startled that I repeatedly brushed my arm off but I distinctly remember feeling four, not five, fingers on my arm. My father had died shortly before this incident and he had only four fingers on his right hand due to an industrial accident. Maybe...just maybe...it was him.

A dream that freaked me out was I was on top of a building and jumped. It felt so real and I woke up immediately. I found that I had fallen out of my bed. Weird.
